Our Focus Areas
Community Research and Leadership: We specialise in community led research to co-create solutions that genuinely address their needs. We support the Jones Consulting Community Leader Programme; and work with/ mentor community leaders to access a high-quality course which enables them to develop their leadership style, knowledge and skills.
Sustainability: Our expertise in project management and climate justice helps organisations implement initiatives that promote social equity, broader environmental learning, and overcome economic challenges all tailored to the specific contexts of communities.
Discrimination: We raise awareness around discrimination and its impacts on individuals and communities in sport, particularly racism. Our workshops and keynote presentations engage audiences in critical discussions about contemporary issues, creating informed dialogue and inspiring actions that promote inclusivity and understanding.

Discrimination
We work to eliminate discrimination by raising awareness, advocating for policy changes, and creating safe spaces for dialogue.
Workshops and Keynote Speaker

Our goal is to educate individuals and organisations about contemporary discrimination and the historical context of racialised communities.
